When a company with the history and integrity of The Coventry Building Society approached us to review a critical new project at their HQ site, we knew that the success of this project wouldn't just be about saving Pounds and Pence (or even Euro’s and Dollars). Instead the success, would be measured by how well considered the design and how well the environment could re-energise staff... we even dared to believe our strategic design approach and workplace design solution could provide a new vision for the organisation.
